The project is located in Greater Copenhagen in an area that has historically been used for business purposes, including services, shops, storage etc. The local municipality has prepared a master plan for the district, where connectivity to the city centre is strengthened. The area is now being converted to retail services and shops while back lying areas are converted from industrial use to a residential area. The developments are supported by the area’s strong infrastructure from the local railway station. From here it is just 17 min. travel time by train to Copenhagen Central Station. The station is also a hub for a wide range of bus lines. In addition, the future light rail stop in the area will give new improved access to the other suburban areas around Copenhagen.
