THE FARM DEVELOPMENT
The Farm development is located in Copenhagen. This 14,286 m2 site is earmarked for the construction of 100 apartments ranging from 85 m2 to 135 m2. The development will also include approximately 1600 m2 of commercial space. The project is valued at approximately 70 million Euros.
NEW SNEDDON STREET MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT
The New Sneddon Street Development is located in Glasgow Paisley. This site is earmarked for the development of residential and commercial space including a 139 bedroom hotel. Discussions are currently underway with the local authority to put all licenses in place for the proposed build.
THE EAGLESHAM ROAD DEVELOPMENT
Situated in the affluent and much sought after area of Eaglesham Road in Eaglesham, Glasgow, the proposed development will consist of a resdidential care home and ten luxury villas
The Sabadell project is an existing building loacted in the centre of the city. The property is to be converted into 12 family residence with parking, lift access, a community swimmimg pool and garden.
