Emerging Trends in Real Estate© Europe 2018 states that Copenhagen jumped up four places from last year and is now among Frankfurt, Madrid, Berlin, and Munich in the top five.

The rankings were recently published in the report by Urban Land Institute (ULI) and PwC, Emerging Trends in Real Estate© Europe 2018. PwC points to the fact, that one of the main reasons for the improved ranking is the growth in Copenhagen’s residential property sector. A growth that has been noticed by international investors who increasingly sees Copenhagen as an attractive city to buy assets in.

According to the World Bank economy ranking, Denmark is in general among top three on its ease of doing business. Especially, when it comes to starting a business, Denmark excels both no. 1 and 2 on the list: New Zealand and Singapore.
